How return and exchange work at EZ Click?

Return or exchange is possible in the following cases:
  • If the return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • If the item was not used and still has all accessories, sticker/barcode and original cover.
  • If the item is in the same condition as when received.
  • If the item is not on the list of items that can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • If the item was damaged or doesn’t work properly, provided it is returned in the same condition as received.
  • If the received item is not the same as ordered.
  • If there was no note when purchased that the item is not returnable or exchangeable.
  • In the event that one of the above conditions is not met, please call our customer service and we will do our best to help you.
Items that can’t be returned or exchanged:
  • Lingerie and swimwear.
  • Hair removal tools and shavers.
  • Perfumes and cosmetics.
  • Hygiene products.
  • All types of food.
Returning or exchanging procedures:
  • If the above terms and conditions are met, please contact our customer service.
  • The customer service agent will register your return or exchange request and a company representative will contact you within 3 working days.
  • We will deposit the amount into your account with EZ Click as a balance to be used at any time.
  • If you want a refund of the eligible amount, we will do it on the same basis as the original transaction, without any trouble, usually within 10 working days, although it may take longer, depending on bank requirements.
  • If the payment was processed cash on delivery, the customer agent will schedule a time to return the money.
